For evening punishment in the service of Rule #5, we present the Earlwood/Marrickville Hill repeats course

The basic idea is to use the Cook's River cycleway as a "spine" and add in the short, punchy hills that exist on either side as High-intensity intervals. An example route may start near Tempe Station and follow a loop much like this:
- Bayview avenue up
- Homer Street Down
- Hill Road Up
- Beauchamp Street Down
- Cooks back to Tempe Station
Or indeed, it may go the other way, taking Beauchamp up and Hill down, then up Homer Street and down Bayview, perhaps adding in Mur de Cary
(Cary Street Tempe) for an extra 5% puncher. There are many other short 5-10% hills on either side of the river.
All hills are to be attacked at threshold. If extra recovery is needed, some low HR flatland can be grabbed via the cycleway.
